To make this recipie u need to mix all the above ingredients. the mixture will be very hard and crumbly in apperance. form small balls with your hands about inch in diameter. i have not made this recipie so i am unsure how many this will make. heat oil or ghee to 350 degrees. fry in small batches. u will notice they will puff up as they fry. when they are golden drain on paper towels.

the missing part of this recipe is the syrup that they are soaked in. take 1 cup of water with half cup sugar and cook in sauce pan for 5 mins at full boil. allow to cool slighlty add 2-3 tablespoons rose water to syrup. more or less toy our taste. while syrup is still warm soak the golden balls in syrup until cool. enjoy good thing i made these before :-)
