Ingredients
450 gm 1 lb potatoes scrubbed and
1 chopped into small pieces.
1 cauliflower chopped into
1 small florets.
10 ml 2 tsp oil
5 ml 1 tsp turmeric.
25 ml 0,5 tsp cumin seeds.
1 ground black pepper.
100 gm 3,5 oz mushrooms.
Directions: How to Cook Indian Potatoes
Par-boil the potatoes for 5 minutes, then add the cauliflower and cook for a further 4 minutes. Drain. Heat oil in a wok and then add the spices. Cook for about one minute and then add the vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes or so until the vegetables are tender.
