2 tablespoon fennel seeds
2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds
2 pieces cassia bark
2 tablespoon cloves
3 bay leaves
----GROUND SPICES----
2 tablespoon garam masala
2 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon ) ginger

Directions: How to Cook Mild Curry Masala ( Dry Mixture )


Roast and grind the whole spices. Add to ground spices and store in air-tight container.
