175 gm chick pea (gram) flour
6 tablespoon ghee
100 gm sugar
Directions: How to Cook Besan Ladoo (Gram Flour Balls)
Sieve the chick pea (gram) flour.
Heat the ghee in a heavy-based sauce pan over a medium heat and fry the flour until golden.
Remove from the heat and cool. Add sugar and mix well.
When cold, make into small balls about the size of a walnut.

Take some chickpea flour and oil and roll up into.....chickpeas, genius. Note to self, instead of making these, buy and soak some chickpeas instead.

i think u shuld have elaborated the recipe..for a first timer, who doesnt know much about indian cooking isnt going to be able to understand it as this recipe is more about when and to add what ingerdient..
