Spicy Shredded Cabbage With Cumin Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon corn oil
4 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon crushed coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon white cumin seeds
6 dried chillies
1 small savoy cabbage, shredded
12 mange-tout (snow peas)
3 fresh red chillies, seeded
1 and sliced
12 baby corn cobs
1 salt, to taste
25 gm flaked)slivered almonds
1 toasted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh corinder



Directions: How to Cook Spicy Shredded Cabbage With Cumin

1. Heat the oil and butter in a deep round-bottomed frying pan or wok and add the crushed coriander seeds, white cumin seeds and dried red chillies.

2.Add the shredded cabbage and snow-peas and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

3.Finally add the fresh red chillies, baby corn cobs and salt, and fry for a further 3 minutes.

4. Garnish with the toasted almonds and fresh coriander and serve hot.
