Ingredients


8 tomatoes; pureed
2 tablespoon jaggery
1 large pinch salt --for seasoning---
2 tablespoon ghee
1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
2 red chiles; broken

Directions: How to Cook Sweet Tomato Pachadi (Seasoned And Sweet Pureed Tomatoes)


Boil together tomato puree, jaggery and salt for about 10 minutes. Heat ghee and add mustard seeds and red chilies. When brown, pour over Tomato Pachadi and serve.
